5 Things You Didn't Know a Virtual Assistant (VA) Could Do For You!

One of the questions I get the most is: “What can a virtual assistant do for me?” Business owners often feel overwhelmed and stuck, but they can be reluctant to hand over the reins to someone else.

1. Scheduling Appointments

I’ve been in the financial industry for 24 years, so I’m pretty sure I know that you did NOT get into this industry to schedule appointments. I doubt that is your favorite part of your day. You want to help people, you want to talk to people, and you want to get your products and services in front of people. When it comes to appointment setting, that is where your VA comes in. They can call as an assistant to you and schedule your face-to-face, Zoom, webinar, event, and other appointments.

2. Administrative Tasks

There are a variety of administrative tasks your VA can help you with such as thank you notes, birthday cards, holiday cards/gifts, expense reports, paperwork, emails, travel plans, and anything back-end office type of tasks that compliance allows.

3. Event Planning

A virtual assistant can be a lifesaver when it comes to planning your next event. Your VA can research venues, get quotes, send out event announcements, confirm that the necessary equipment (stage, projector, refreshments, etc.) will show up on time, and maintain contact with you to help with any troubleshooting during the actual event. They can even call to get attendees and call/email confirmations.

4. Marketing

Your VA can help you with marketing materials, connections on social media, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts/content, website updates, print and digital marketing materials, promotional marketing items, and more!

5. Help you SCALE

Are you scaling your business? Do you need a bookkeeper, online business manager, branding expert, connections to industry partners, or value-add designer services, let us know!!
